Peachy Tofu Matcha Smoothie

Serves: 1-2. Prep: 5 min.
INGREDIENTS:
- 125ml soy milk (can use dairy milk instead)
- 150g soft silken tofu
- 200g peach slices (small tin)
- 100g ice cubes
- 2 tsp matcha green tea powder – to go in the smoothie
- 0.5 tsp matcha tea powder – to sprinkle on the smoothie
METHOD:
- Put all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and enjoy.
- If you want to keep any, just pour it in a storage jar (glass in best) and put it in a fridge overnight.
- Long-term storage or putting in a freezer is not recommended.
