Peach & Mint Slush

INGREDIENTS:
- 125g tinned peach slices (in juice)
- Juice from the tin of peaches
- 6 ice cubes
- Approx. 6 mint leaves (adjust to taste) + extra for garnish.
- 1-2 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
METHOD:
- Add the tinned peach slices (and their juice), ice cubes, and mint leaves to a blender.
- Include honey or agave syrup if desired.
- Blend the mixture until it is smooth and reaches a slushy consistency.
- Taste the slush and add more sweetener or mint if needed.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a fresh mint sprig and/or a peach slice.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
