Vanilla Banana Matcha Smoothie

Serves: 1. Prep time: 5 mins.
INGREDIENTS:
- 60g soft silken tofu
- 50g banana (chopped into slices)
- I tsp vanilla essence
- 60ml soy milk (can use dairy milk)
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder (to go in the smoothie)
- Pinch of matcha to sprinkle on the top of the smoothie
METHOD:
- Put all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth, sprinkle a pinch of matcha on top, and enjoy.
